Susan Wilson, CMA, PCC

Managing Partner

Susan is co-owner of New Leadership Distinctions, an executive coaching and leadership development firm committed to Evoking Leadership Mastery, a journey in which you challenge yourself and expand your perspective on what is possible in your world.

Susan brings a unique blend of corporate, entrepreneurial and service industry experience to her firm which includes 20 years of corporate management and consulting for Johnson & Johnson and 15 years of working in the somatic arena as a Certified Pilates Instructor giving her a powerful combination of expertise.  Susan’s pioneering corporate work in Business Process Re-Engineering coupled with her somatic teaching have led her into a new conversation about change, leadership and the self-limiting beliefs that prevent us from achieving breakthrough results. She is a dynamic facilitator and outstanding communicator with insight into what others need in all dimensions of their being.  Susan has coached executives, entrepreneurs and individuals on their journeys of professional and personal development and is privileged to witness the transformative power of a leader willing to embrace the qualities of personal mastery.  Each one of her clients reminds her that by fully showing up in the world, taking risks and trusting in self we can all live into our purpose.

Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lafayette College and is a Certified Management Accountant.  She is certified as an Integral Coach with New Ventures West and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Riso-Hudson Certified Enneagram Teacher, a Professional Member of the International Enneagram Association, a board member of Wish Them Well Togo, a non-profit 5013C committed to providing access to clean drinking water to the people of Togo in West Africa and a student of the Diamond Approach Diamond Approach Philadelphia
