Carrie Knerr O’Brien, PCC

Carrie’s background is as a C-Suite IT Executive in Johnson & Johnson, where for 30 years she was a leader widely known for mentoring others, championing leadership development, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion programs. This experience, including her own successes and challenges as an executive, has given her a great appreciation for what leaders and individuals face in the business world today and what is possible when they are open and committed to deepening their own learning and to developing their teams.

Today as an Executive Coach she has a clear commitment to the unlimited possibilities in executives, leaders and individuals when they are willing to be deeply curious about themselves and step into transformational work. She has a powerful appreciation for and commitment to the depth of potential in all leaders and organizations.

Carrie has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Technology with Arcadia University. She is certified as an Integral Coach with New Ventures West and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Riso-Hudson Certified Enneagram Teacher, a Professional Member of the International Enneagram Association and a student of the Diamond Approach, member of Diamond Approach Philadelphia
