  • Present unified understanding of the team as a whole, summary of presenting issue(s) and observations

One Day Team Building Enneagram Workshop
  • Do you have a new team or new team members?

This workshop provides learning and understanding of the personality patterns, strengths and blind spots for team members to know themselves and their team mates more fully. It provides an open and engaging exploration of the Enneagram as a tool for personal growth and team alignment.

 

  • 1 Hour meeting with the team leader to align on organizational goals and challenges
  • Enneagram diagnostic and a 1 hour 1:1 debrief with an NLD Executive Coach for each team member prior to the workshop
  • 1 day team work session to understand self and team members, and learn new tools for communication and conflict resolution
Two Day Team Building Enneagram Workshop –
“Ignite Your Leadership Edge: The Enneagram and Self Awareness”
  • Do you have a geographically dispersed team with infrequent time together in person?
  • Would a highly interactive and intensive workshop to develop deeper relatedness between team members be impactful?
  • Would it benefit your team to build the capability to manage conflict in healthy ways?

This workshop provides the foundation for a High Performing Team. In addition to providing an in-depth learning and understanding of the personality patterns, strengths and blind spots, it provides greater interactive exploration and engagement between team members using the Enneagram as a tool for personal growth, team relatedness, alignment and sustainable growth.

 

  • 1 hour meeting with the team leader to align on organizational goals and challenges
  • A program guide, processes and practices supporting sustainability
  • Enneagram diagnostic and a 30 minute 1:1 pre-course call with each participant to focus on individual intentions and desired outcomes
  • Two days of interactive training and intensive exploration with all team members
  • A 1 hour post-workshop 1:1 coaching session for each participant with a NLD Executive Coach to integrate and implement their expanded capability
  • 30 minute post-workshop meeting with the team leader to debrief and support sustainability

Customized Work Sessions:

Sessions are designed with the leader to ensure the team’s work is placed within the framework of the organization’s strategies.

These sessions are designed to suit the schedule of the team. This may be one day sessions each quarter or a combination of full team and sub-team settings.
